A pleasant, punchy High Quality Robustawhich is only slightly lower in quality than Fine. Processing is not Naturalbut HoneyThis is where the name comes from. In contrast to natural processing, not all of the fruit pulp is left on the coffee beans, but only a thinner layerwhich is simply called Honey due to its high sugar content and texture. This coffee is less fruity, with a more distinctive Robusta character, and its intense chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel notes play with the senses. It's perfect for espresso, but the best thing about this coffee is Ca Phe Sua, prepared by the classic Vietnamese Phin drip technique. The first sip of Ca Phe Sua (Da) (condensed milk) puts a smile the faces. The Cà Phê Trứng (Egg Coffee) is a real coffee dessert from Bao Loc Honey. Aritisan, medium-dark roast
